Det dejligste yogastudie i byen. For mig har mit møde med mind and body lab, påvirket mit liv så meget mere end blot yoga. Jeg går fra hver time med ro i kroppen, ilt i blodet, nogen gange sved på panden, og en velvære og ro der påvirker mig i alt hvad jeg foretager mig i mit arbejdsliv, mit socialliv og i mødet med andre mennesker generelt. Alle lærerne er opmærksomme, nærværende og får det bedste frem i alle på holdene. Mind and body lab formår at være meget mere end bare yoga. De varmeste anbefalinger.

Jeg holder meget af dette lækre lille univers, der både er æstetisk og behageligt at være i. Især har jeg været glad for GRAVID YOGA drop in timerne de sidste 9 mdr., hvor Lisa guider os kærligt og kompetent, og hjælper med at får skabt både ro, flow og styrke gennem graviditeten. I recommend Mind And Body Lab to any pregnant woman, who cares about herself, her mind and body and of course her unborn child. Lisa is an exceptionally sweet, caring and professional midwife. Any pregnant woman in the care of Lisa is a lucky woman! I consider myself blessed, to have met Lisa while I was expecting my son. Lisa was a wonderful midwife during my pregnancy. She helped me with extra check-ups, when the public system failed me and she was even part of my sons birth. To any pregnant readers out there - With all of my heart, I give Lisa the warmest recommendations, and wish for you and your unborn child, the same amazing treatment that Lisa gave me. -Audrey Lerche

A beautiful and bright yoga studio offering a variety of classes, including yoga with babies and pre- and ante-natal classes and consultations with a practicing midwife Lisa Heidelbach.

Lisa was the answer to my seemingly impossible search for last minute antenatal class in English. Her being both a practicing midwife and a yoga teacher, allowed her to teach me breathing techniques to use during birth as well as answer any more medical questions about the birth process and my pregnancy. She would always know how to calm my worries and lift up my spirits when things were getting tougher during the last weeks of pregnancy. She also visited us at home after our son was born and I was going through a breast infection which made breastfeeding extremely painful. If not for Lisa's encouragement and help during that time I might have given up breastfeeding. Thank you Lisa!

I discovered this cozy and homey studio after trying four different yoga spots. I can finally say I feel the 'atmosphere of yoga' through its decorations, minimal colors, high-quality yoga equipment, and simplicity. Also, with your very first step, slight lavender smell welcomes you to the studio, then fresh herbal tea warms your body up to yoga.

I am a beginner, yet I can feel that all levels are welcomed in the yoga sessions. Teachers are lovely and 100% present to improve the student experience no matter what your level is. So glad that I discovered such a cozy escape spot from daily stress. I recommend such a peaceful studio for who would like to spoil themselves with calmness.

Den bedste yoga oplevelse! Virkelig dygtig instruktør der giver sig tid at hjælpe den enkelte uden at slippe fokus på holdet. Fint lille sted der giver en lyst til at vende tilbage.

Stedet bryder med clicheerne om hvad det vil sige at dyrke yoga ved faktisk at have værdierne helt tæt på yogaens oprindelige filosofi. Man bliver imødekommet på vitterligt alle niveauer. Underviserne er dygtige, sympatiske mennesker der brænder for af lære fra sig og guide én mod indre fokus og ro, åndedræt for åndedræt, hva enten det er i en stress relief time med med de dybeste vejrtrækninger eller asthanga med sved på panden.
Holdene er forholdvis små hvilket vil sige at der faktisk er tid og plads til at få rettet sine stillinger til af underviseren. Og den opmærksom er med til at man faktisk mærker sin egen udvikling time efter time.
