From reactive to preventive - together

We solve problems but we rather tackle them before costs are too high. Together with your organisation we help identify and design the wellbeing strategy, implement the program as a part of your business culture, and reinforce wins within the organisation.

All MABL Programs are customized to your business needs and size. Some wellbeing programs will quickly run on their own managed by the organisation, others need help from our side - why we have worked with both 3-6-12-36 month programs.

Mind And Body Lab is founded in 2018 by Fie Tiedt Højland, a former Management and Innovations Consultant, who worked with global companies such as: ISS, Chr. Hansen, Coloplast, Genmab, Intertrust, Rambøll, BLOXHUB and Rainmaking, and 50+ Scandinavian Tech start-ups.
