Online Sessions
Private- and Group Sessions (live/online) focusing on your needs. Our teachers have several years of experience and bring their expert competences into play in each session. Starting with your needs whether that might be stress, postnatal issues, fertility, injuries, personal goals or an hour immersing into relaxation. We start each session with a conversation about your goals and needs. Read more about our Private Sessions below.
We use our APP Mind And Body Lab - your online toolkit between your Private Session, making it easy for you to continue your practice at home.
1:1 Stress Relief (60 min)
Stress has a physical effect on your body: stress hormones are released, your heart pounds faster, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, breath quickens, and your senses become sharper. This session combines meditative exercises and breathing methods to calm your nervous system and make your body relax.
1:1 Prenatal Yoga (60 min)
Care and attention for you during your pregnancy. Based on your needs whether that may be: nausea, stress, lower back pain, symphysis pubis dysfunction or sick leave due to pregnancy, we’ll tailor this session for you. This Private Session is held by our Midwife and Yoga Teacher Lisa.
1:1 Mindfulness Meditation (60 min)
Calm your nervous system with meditation. Focusing on your breath we’ll go through different meditation techniques you can tend to in your busy everyday life to Relax, to Reflect and to Prepare your mind for an important task your are facing. We’ll guide you all the way.
1:1 Energy Boost (60 min)
Build strength, regain energy and pause your mind. Through a series of energetic exercises you’ll feel the warmth and right body alignment in each pose. From your goals or injuries we’ll build this session to match your needs.
1:1 Fertility & Reproduction (60 min)
This session is for you struggling to get pregnant. Perhaps you are in fertility treatment or perhaps you are considering if that’s the way to go. Through conversation, movement and relaxation our Midwife and yoga teacher Lisa will customize this session to your needs.
1:1 Postnatal Yoga with Baby (60 min)
Personal and gentle exercises focusing on rectus diastase, building up your organ support and regaining strength around your pelvic floor. Your baby can join this session or sleep next to you. This Private Session is held by our Midwife and Yoga Teacher Lisa.
