We are looking for a Co-founder & Chief Product Officer

MABL help leading businesses rethink HR, leadership, and what it means to be a future employee - and we are growing.

We are the first platform to put employee wellbeing at the forefront of leadership, and add stress to the Operational Dashboard, backed by intelligent online sessions to proactively move company metrics, and enhance behavioural health.

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the growth of our platform. You will be responsible for our remote development team, in direct contact with our B2B customers, and you will help the MABL platform scale internationally.

You are self-driven and self-led, you do not report to our Founder & CEO (Fie) you are working right next to her!

You are a strategic leader, data-driven thinker, a team player with high EQ, and if you know how to code that’s a plus but not a requirement.
