Stressors - Turn Data into Actions

Stressors - how do we turn data into actions?

Companies we work with today track employee stress, engagement, inclusion, growth - and much more, published in reports with data (A LOT OF DATA), action plans and articles with tips and tricks for how the individual employees can work with stress.

That’s amazing work - raising awareness and confirming high stress scores and low engagement (50-80% depending on the individual survey tool)

As external partners we are pleased to get all of this data, and now we know that:

98% of the leaders say that most of their workday is related to “employee well-being” and 60-80% asks for new tools to prevent stress.

Companies ask us “how do we turn data into actions?”

The simple ansver is: we turn your data into actions - measurable and trackable actions, to export to your CSR-, ESG-, Annual Reports, to your CFO and everyone else with an interest in that.

The process however is a little less simple - and looks like this:

  1. Label

  2. Measure

  3. Define actions

  4. Track

  5. Report

Stressors - how you can work with stress

This model is one of the tools we provide leaders with to help identify and label employee stressors, (those stress trickers that can cause strain or tension) often times they are related to a feeling and verbally difficult to express - because it’s a feeling.

This also provides traceable data (bottom up) in the organization, to help identify “why people are stressed” to measure the different levels of stress, and this helps us define actions, and customize our solutions to each individual employee (Suzanne, pregnant at the age 32 often times do not need the same actions as Steen 56).
